As a College, we offer much more than just a place where a child comes to learn.
The foundation of our values-based, pupil-centred, holistic approach to education are our tutor groups where
no more than 16 pupils at a time are mentored and cared for by quality staff. In this nurturing environment,
pupils are challenged to step beyond their comfort zone and develop to their full potential in order to take
their place as well-rounded, mature adults in society.
Our balanced, innovative curriculum in which our Grade 12 pupils write the Independent Examination
Board’s National Senior Certificate Examination has seen us record no failures since the College inception
in 1998. Annually a number of our best performers appear in the top 50 nationally.
Many of our sporting codes compete in the top leagues in Pretoria against schools more than double our size.
This can only be sustained through top coaching, excellent facilities and fully committed and involved pupils.
Our cricket, tennis and netball academies ensure pupils in these disciplines receive year round coaching from
We offer a diverse cultural programme which includes music, drama, public speaking and debating. Pupils
regularly showcase their talents in school productions and the music academy offers private tuition in a
wide range of instruments. The orchestra, choir, marimba bands and ensemble groups frequently perform at
concerts and eisteddfods.
Our social responsibility and spiritual programmes are essential to the existence of the College. The College
Chaplain is fully involved in the life of the school and pupils are encouraged to embrace and commit to at least
one of the many outreach projects on offer during the course of any given year.
We invite you to pay us a visit and experience first-hand the people that make our College the special place that
it is. You will encounter well-mannered, happy pupils who are confident and friendly.
